1. This month’s highlight: the ISO 9001 certification audit
Our organisation is ISO 9001 certified, an international standard that defines the requirements for a quality management system.
In practical terms, this means that every project – translation, interpreting, training – is carried out in accordance with rigorous procedures, with one constant aim:
✅ Customer satisfaction
✅ Continuous improvement of our practices
✅ Traceability and transparency at every stage
The third-party audit we are due to undergo at the end of October is designed to assess whether these requirements and procedures are being met: so fingers crossed!!

3. Training of the month
Because we believe in knowledge-sharing and support, we are launching a new training course dedicated to CSR:

- To understand the fundamentals of CSR (ISO 26000, SDGs, Global Compact)
- Identify the challenges and criteria of the Engagé RSE label
- Conduct an assessment and develop an action plan tailored to your organisation
- Prepare for AFNOR certification
