Master the artificial intelligence tools for your profession
Artificial intelligence is profoundly transforming the way we work, create content, analyse data and make decisions. It is reshaping how organisations communicate, structure their processes and use information. When used effectively, it becomes a powerful lever for performance, productivity and innovation—optimising both daily tasks and long-term strategies.
However, without a clear methodology, the use of AI can remain superficial or inefficient. It is essential to understand how it works, its limitations and best practices to fully benefit from its potential.
Our training programmes in Artificial Intelligence and Prompt Engineering enable you to understand the challenges, master the tools and integrate AI in a concrete and strategic way into your activity. The objective is to move from intuitive use to a structured, professional and secure approach, directly applicable to your business needs.
AI does not replace human skills—it enhances them. Without a structured approach, its use remains approximate. With the right methodology, it becomes a powerful tool. Training enables you to:
Training designed for professionals who wish to understand the fundamentals of artificial intelligence and identify its practical applications within their work environment. This training helps move beyond misconceptions and adopt a clear, pragmatic and strategic view of AI.
The objective is to understand what generative AI really is, how it works, in which contexts it can be used and what its limitations are. Participants discover the main available tools and learn how to use them in a structured and responsible way.
At the end of the training, participants gain a clear understanding of the opportunities offered by AI and are able to identify relevant use cases for their activity.

The objective is to understand what generative AI really is, how it works, in which contexts it can be used and what its limitations are. Participants discover the main available tools and learn how to use them in a structured and responsible way.
The training covers in particular:
• Key concepts of artificial intelligence and generative AI
• How language models work
• Practical professional use cases (writing, summarising, analysis, organisation)
• Opportunities and limitations of AI
• Ethical, legal and confidentiality considerations
• Best practices for integrating AI into business processes
Demonstrations and practical exercises illustrate use cases that can be immediately applied within the organisation.
At the end of the training, participants gain a clear understanding of the opportunities offered by AI and are able to identify relevant use cases for their activity.
Training designed for professionals who wish to fully leverage the potential of generative artificial intelligence tools. Prompt engineering consists of structuring and formulating precise instructions in order to obtain relevant, reliable and actionable outputs.
Unlike intuitive use of AI, this training provides a clear and reproducible method for interacting effectively with language models. The objective is to improve the quality of results, save time and integrate AI into professional workflows.
At the end of the programme, participants are able to use AI as a structured and high-performance working tool.

Unlike intuitive use of AI, this training provides a clear and reproducible method for interacting effectively with language models. The objective is to improve the quality of results, save time and integrate AI into professional workflows.
Participants will learn to:
• Understand how language models work
• Structure clear, precise and contextualised prompts
• Define a role, an objective and an output format
• Refine and iterate prompts to optimise results
• Avoid common biases and errors
• Create reusable and standardised prompts
• Adapt instructions to specific business contexts
The training is based on practical case studies and hands-on exercises aligned with participants’ real needs.
At the end of the programme, participants are able to use AI as a structured and high-performance working tool.

No. The training programmes are accessible to all professionals, with no prior technical skills required. The “AI Awareness” course focuses on understanding the fundamentals, while the Prompt Engineering module provides a more structured and in-depth use of AI tools.
The AI Awareness training provides an understanding of how artificial intelligence works, its uses and its limitations. It offers a global and strategic perspective.
The Prompt Engineering training is more operational: it teaches how to craft precise instructions to obtain relevant and actionable results.
The training covers key topics such as confidentiality, ethics and best practices. Participants learn how to use AI responsibly and how to identify risks related to sensitive data.
Yes. The programmes are practice-oriented. Participants work on their own professional use cases to ensure immediate application of the methods learned.
Yes. Training can be financed through your company’s Skills Development Plan via your OPCO (Skills Operator).
An OPCO is a state-approved organisation that supports companies in funding professional training. Each company contributes to training funds, which are then managed by the OPCO linked to its sector of activity.
If you do not know your OPCO, you can check with your accountant, HR department, or refer to your collective agreement or NAF/APE code. Each OPCO has its own eligibility criteria, funding limits and annual budgets, meaning funding may be partial or full depending on your situation and available funds.
Support can also be provided to help you prepare and submit your funding application and administrative documents.
