Structure, secure and enhance your organisation

Implementing a structured quality management system helps secure processes, improve overall performance and strengthen an organisation’s credibility over the long term. It provides a clear framework to formalise practices, clarify responsibilities and manage operations with rigour. Beyond compliance, a well-designed quality approach becomes a true management and continuous improvement tool.

Certifications and quality standards are now key strategic levers for recognition and differentiation. They reflect the seriousness, reliability and commitment of an organisation towards its clients, partners and stakeholders. In a demanding regulatory and competitive environment, these frameworks build trust and support sustainable growth.

Our training programmes and support in quality management systems are designed to make you autonomous in understanding normative requirements, implementing operational processes and embedding a continuous improvement approach tailored to your organisation. The objective is to transform regulatory constraints into opportunities for structuring, performance and value creation.

FAQ

Who are quality management system training programmes for?

These programmes are designed for executives, quality managers, training organisations, service providers and companies looking to structure their processes or prepare for certification (ISO, Qualiopi, QUALIPSAD, Eduform, etc.). They are suitable for both newly created structures and organisations already engaged in a quality approach.

Do you need prior knowledge of the standard to attend the training?

No. The training is accessible without prior knowledge of the standard. It helps you understand requirements, their logic and how to apply them in your organisation. Basic knowledge of your internal operations is recommended.

Do these training courses effectively prepare you for an audit?

Yes. Programmes include audit preparation (initial, surveillance or renewal). Participants learn how to interpret requirements, structure documentation, identify gaps and anticipate auditors’ expectations.

What is the difference between training and support?

Training provides methodology and understanding of the standard. Support goes further by working directly on your organisation to structure documents, processes and prepare operationally for the audit.

How long does it take to implement a certification?

The duration depends on the organisation’s maturity, size and the targeted standard. Training helps structure the approach quickly, but full implementation requires a progressive process tailored to your context.

Can the training be funded?

Yes. Training can be financed through your company’s Skills Development Plan via your OPCO (Skills Operator).

An OPCO is a state-approved organisation that supports companies in funding professional training. Each company contributes to training funds, which are then managed by the OPCO linked to its sector of activity.

If you do not know your OPCO, you can check with your accountant, HR department, or refer to your collective agreement or NAF/APE code. Each OPCO has its own eligibility criteria, funding limits and annual budgets, meaning funding may be partial or full depending on your situation and available funds.

Support can also be provided to help you prepare and submit your funding application and administrative documents.

What happens in case of non-conformity during an audit?

A non-conformity is not a final failure. It generally leads to corrective actions within a defined timeframe. Training helps anticipate these situations and reduce the risk of major non-conformities.

Are these training programmes adapted to the size of my organisation?

Yes. Quality approaches are tailored to the size, sector and maturity level of your organisation. The objective is to implement a coherent and proportionate system—not an administrative burden.

Is a quality approach only about documentation?

No. An effective quality system goes beyond documentation. It aims to structure real practices, improve processes and manage performance continuously.
